  • December 11, 2018: Nghe An Provincial People’s Committee approved the 1/500 detailed construction plan. Eurowindow Holding JSC sponsored and organized the planning process.
  • January 9, 2020: The People’s Committee approved the investor selection result, awarding the project to the consortium of Eurowindow Holding JSC and Construction and Project Management JSC No.1. The total area is over 37 hectares—30.45 ha in Dong Vinh Ward and 7.4 ha in Cua Nam Ward.
  • October 22, 2024: Decision No. 386/QD-UBND was issued, officially allocating the first phase of land to Eurowindow Sport City Co., Ltd. for project implementation.
  • December 30, 2024: Land clearance and compensation were fully completed, with strong support from local residents.
